Mr. Premachandra is a farmer and he was stepped in to the business without planning to do a business but because of his generosity towards the farmers around him who couldn’t find necessary farming machinery in 5Kanuwa Anuradhapura. So as a helping hand he started bring down water pumps, tractors and so on. Rapidly increasing the number of people who came to him for buying as well as questioning how he can help them in support for their requirements, so the brokering started in the business from the beginning. Without knowingly Mr. Premachandra was into storing the spare parts for the machines and tractors. So he wanted a small storefront to keep the goods safe this is where he bought up space for a shop in 5kanuwa in 1993 and in year 2000 he shifted to Rajanganaya Anuradhapura where now the business is still on operation. One decade after the trading started he registered the business by the name of Sanka Traders In year 2003/10/01. The business was named by his only son’s name “Sanka” who became the Managing Director in 2010 Mr. Thilina Kushan Madhusanka”sanka”. Mr. Sanka is well versed trained in Engineering in motor engines through NAITA Sri Lanka. almost two decades passing by since Mr.Premachandra started and now the business is reading to wide the wings to a great mileage in having their branch in Japan in year 2022.
